For this Gaming Event the total cost is: $325 USD / $550 NZD / $450 AUS / $275 EURO / per person.
This includes the following :
The 2-hour Guided Tour of HobbitonTM Movie Set, including the newly opened Bagshot Row interior Hobbit Holes.
Finishing at The Green DragonTM Inn with a complimentary drink.
Our tour will have the whole of HobbitonTM to ourself.2 additional drink tokens (South Farthing beer range, wine or non-alcoholic beverages)
Additional drinks can be purchased at your personal cost.
Invitation to participate in the Chaosium Gaming Event.
Hobbit Style Banquet Dinner served buffett style. A feast any Hobbit would delight in, complete with dessert!
All dietary needs can be accommodated.Courtesy Shuttle Bus from the Matamata i-Site or Cambridge/Hamilton i-Site to HobbitonTM Visitor Park and back again.

What will we be playing?
You will be playing a Tolkienesque fantasy using Chaosium's Basic Roleplaying Game (BRP) rules system.

Table Sizes:
One Game Master and four - five players per table.

How long do I have to play?

Games will run approximately 2-3 hours of game time.
Who will I be playing with?
We will do all that we can to accommodate groups of players and have you seated and playing at the same table.
Individuals will be randomly assigned a place at a table.
All of the GMs for this event are amazing and each brings their unique talents and style to the game experience.

The GM's will be randomly assigned. You will not know who your GM will be until the evening begins.
What gaming supplies do I need?
All gaming material will be provided, but we encourage you to bring your lucky dice.
The tables are not consistently smooth. These are rustic Hobbit tables afterall.
Feel free to bring a dice rolling tray.
Can I bring my partner/friend that does not want to play?
There are a limited number of spaces for non-gamers*.
The price for a non-gamer is $214 USD/ $375 NZD/ $307 AU / $187 EU
This will include the tour, drinks and the banquet ONLY.
*Must accompany a game player.
We can provide a ride back to the Shires Rest (Hobbiton parking lot) when gaming begins, and they will need their own transportation back to their accommodations or have to wait the 2-3 hours, if planning to use the pre-arranged shuttles.

Though Dwarves can get pretty rowdy, we would prefer our Players to be less so.
Please try to ensure your adventuring antics do not disrupt other gamers' enjoyment at neighbouring tables.
We are all in one large room after all.

The chairs have backs but are unpadded, so you may want to bring a small cushion to make your evening more comfortable.

Photography and videos are welcome, so you may use your phone or bring your camera.
Please note we will try to compile a range of photos from the evening to be shared on a group drive after the event is completed.
This is a fun, casual event. Feel free to come dressed as you like.
Costumes or themed attire are welcome. Do consider comfortable walking shoes, and remember the weather can be unpredictable.

All attendees must organise and pay for their own accommodation and travel to Matamata i-Site, Hamilton or Cambridge I-Sites or the HobbitonTM Visitor Carpark for the Event.
